DIVE UPDATE from Coach Wyatt:

This is an exciting week coming up, we have our first dive meet on Wednesday at Rio Americano. We will start the meet at 4pm, arrive at the pool deck at Rio at 3:45pm to get changed, make sure our list looks good, and be prepared to get in. ALL of you with a 6th period will have an early dismissal at 2:30pm to make it to Rio on time. We will have practice normal times this week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 3:30-5:30 Wednesday - Meet day! Thursday 2:30- 4:00 If you have any questions please reach out! We will go over making our lists tomorrow at practice

Happy Sunday and welcome to Daylight Savings here is our week ahead:

Monday: AM/ Var 5:30-7:30, PM/JV 3:45-5:30

Tuesday: AM/ Var 5:30-7:30, PM/JV 3:45-5:30

Wednesday: Away meet @ Rio Americano pool - Your early dismissal is at 2:30pm you should be heading straight to Rio’s pool from school, carpooling encouraged.

Thursday: AM/Var 5:30-7:30, PM/JV 2:30-4:30

Friday: AM/Var 5:30-7:30, PM/JV 3:45-5

Reminder that we wear our red polos on meet days to school. If you cannot make it to practice you should be messaging the coach that runs your practice time here on band regardless of if it is excused or not.
